$245 for a 50-minute session
Payment is due at each session. I do not accept insurance but many plans provide out-of-network benefits. I would be happy to provide you with a superbill to submit for reimbursement.
Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that you will receive reimbursement from your insurance company or how much they may reimburse.

Your First Therapy Session:
At the start of your first session, we will review important policies (e.g., confidentiality, cancellation procedures, office protocols) and I will answer any questions you may have.
For the remainder of the session, I’ll spend time getting to know you: your history, what brought you to therapy, and what you hope to accomplish in our work together. This may include questions about your personal history, patterns that may be contributing to your concerns, and any immediate needs or safety considerations. Together we’ll begin to identify goals and possible approaches for treatment.
Subsequent Therapy Sessions:
We will work together to accomplish your goals collaboratively.
Sometimes folks take a linear approach (i.e., starting at the beginning and landing in the present), others take a retrospective approach (i.e., starting in the present and working their way back), and still others take a non-linear approach that hops around the timeline. Regardless of the approach that you select, we will work together to create a collective understanding of you and your experiences, in order to identify how you’d like to move forward.
